Cleaning management rack

Rack UCVC16 ( Unit control Cleaning valve ) . The cleaning management rack is a rack equipped with 16 valves which will allow you to thoroughly clean the circuits of your ingredients from the flow valve rack to the gooseneck outlet. This rack works in two phases when the ingredients are pumped back into their individual containers. The first phase involves cleaning with water, and the second phase involves rinsing the circuits and removing the water from the circuits by natural drying.

If the customer opts for an automatic cleaning system, the installation must include a UCVC16 rack for a rack of 16 pumps ( UCP16 ) or two racks of 8 pumps ( UCP8 ) as well as a UCVF16 flow rack. The gas management rack ( UCVG 16 ) is optional.

Up to 4 racks of 16 cleaning circuits can be accommodated in the system. Water at a temperature of between 25 and 35°C is recommended to remove sugar from fruit juices, liqueurs, syrups and fruit purées. The coordinator takes charge of the water heater's power supply for the duration of the cleaning (optional interface).

The racks are connected via a network. A 7" touch screen allows you to take control of the circuits (isolate a circuit for example), display the names of the ingredients assigned to the circuits, take control of them for a cleaning test for example, isolate all the circuits during maintenance so that the machine is not blocked when your establishment is open, etc.
