The Rack UC (Unit Control) is the second part of the heart of the Cocktail Color II system. Its purpose is to coordinate all the racks at the same time (pumps, gas rack, flow valve rack, cleaning valve rack, gooseneck, activation of the water heater for the cleaning cycle, etc.).<\/p>

All the information leaving and returning to the PC with the other racks is filtered and controlled. When you ask for a Rainbow cocktail, for example, the coordination rack will manage the flow rates for and between each pump according to the Rainbow mode chosen in your recipe. It is also responsible for managing future extensions to your installation. The co-ordinator will of course keep an eye on the cold room(s) for your ingredients. So if an alarm is triggered due to a lack of temperature control, you have plenty of time to take action on your ingredients. This alarm is triggered by a message displayed on the '' Denise '' software. The coordinator has a dual processor: the main one in action and the second at rest.<\/p>

If it is inconceivable for the customer to have the installation blocked for an unknown reason during its service because of the coordinator, the second internal processor automatically takes over. The processors monitor each other so that one can take over from the other in the event of a problem. It's also the one that will allow you to finish your cocktail in the event of a power cut before blocking the whole installation. Thanks to the external battery unit (optional).<\/p>

The BBU (Backup Battery Unit) rack will immediately go into security mode, terminating your cocktail and shutting down the entire installation after a few minutes if the power is not restored within a certain time. Cocktail production is of course suspended during this time (in the event of a storm on the network, for example).
